                          - Indicated if concerns regarding radial artery or ulnar artery deficit)
 
III. Exam: Neurologic
- Ulnar Nerve
- 
                          Median Nerve
                          - Sensation to radial 3.5 fingers and dorsal tips (e.g. tip of index finger or thenar eminence)
- Oppose thumb to index finger against resistance 
- Median Nerve is "british" (the tea drinking nerve)- Controls pincher grasp (with thumb and index), elbow flexors and pronators, wrist flexors

- Radial Nerve
- Other Specific Nerves- Digital nerve injury- Two Point Discrimination requires >5 mm apart
- Skin Color change- Anhidrosis of finger involved
- Blanched or hyperemic Skin Color
 
 
- Anterior Interosseous Nerve (Volar Interosseous Nerve)- Median Nerve branch supplies deep flexor Muscles of the anterior Forearm
- Does not innervate ulnar aspect of flexor digitorum profundus
 
- Posterior Interosseous Nerve (Dorsal Interosseous Nerve)- Radial Nerve branch supplies deep extensor Muscles of the posterior Forearm
 
 
- Digital nerve injury
