  2. Patella grasped between thumb and forefinger
  3. Tilt Patella
    1. Medial Patella compressed posteriorly
    2. Lateral Patella lifted

V. Interpretation: Abnormal

  1. Lateral Patella cannot be raised to horizontal
  2. Suggests tight lateral knee structures
    1. Patellofemoral Syndrome
    2. Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis
