  1. Patient position
    1. Patient sits on exam table with knee extended
  2. Examiner position
    1. Place one hand under sitting patient's femur
    2. Other hand placed over knee
  3. Maneuver
    1. Apply firm pressure upward on femur
    2. Apply firm pressure downward on knee

IV. Interpretation

  1. Exquisite pain suggests Femur Fracture
