IV. Technique
- One minute acute wrist flexion against resistance
- Inverse praying position
- Place each hand dorsum against each other
V. Interpretation: Positive test suggests Median Neuropathy
- Wrist flexion reproduces Carpal Tunnel symptoms
- Most specific if symptoms occur by 30 seconds
