  1. Elbow Ulnar Collateral Ligament Injury (Elbow UCL Injury)

III. Technique

  1. Patient position
    1. Shoulder at 90 degrees abduction
    2. Elbow flexed >90 degrees
    3. Forearm supinated
  2. Maneuver
    1. Examiner pulls patient's thumb posteriorly
    2. Results in increased valgus stress at the elbow

IV. Interpretation: Positive Test

  1. Pain or laxity at the medial elbow (UCL region)
