- Examiner stabilizes arm
- One hand grasps patient's elbow
- Other hand grasps patient's wrist
- Examiner stresses biceps tendon
- Examiner applies downward traction on arm at elbow
- Externally rotate patient's arm against resistance
V. Interpretation: Signs of Unstable Biceps tendon
- Biceps tendon falls out of bicipital groove
- Patient experiences pain in region of bicipital groove
