III. Dosing: Acetaminophen 650 with Propoxyphene 100 (Darvocet N-100)

  1. Dose: 1 PO q4-6 hours

IV. Efficacy

  1. Propoxyphene 100 equivalent to Codeine 32 mg
  2. Tylenol alone is as effective as Darvocet
