III. Efficacy
- Highly sensitive for Urine Protein
- Detects light chain Proteins
IV. Technique
- Urine mixed with 20% Sulfosalicylic Acid (SSA)
- Variation in results may be as much as 20%
- Urine turbidity measured with photometer (increased turbidity with precipitated Protein)
- Turbidity reported as trace to 4+
