III. Criteria: Delirium diagnosis (all must be present)
- Acute onset with a fluctuating course AND
- Easily distracted and inattentive (e.g. unable to count backwards from 20) AND
- Disorganized thinking (rambling, illogical flow of ideas, Tangentiality) or Altered Level of Consciousness

- Modified Mini-Cog
- Digit Span Test
