- Anti-Jo-1 Antibodies are directed against histidyl-Transfer RNA synthetase
- Anti-Jo-1 accounts for 80% of Myositis specific antibodies in Antisynthetase syndrome (subset of Polymyositis)
III. Causes: Negative
- Normal
IV. Causes: Positive (Percentage refers to Test Sensitivity)
- Polymyositis and Dermatomyositis (30%)
- Interstitial Lung Disease (Pulmonary fibrosis)
- Raynaud's Phenomenon
