Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- Associated with Lupus Nephritis
- Associated with Lupus CNS Involvement
- May correlate with disease activity in some patients (esp. Lupus Nephritis)
- Test Sensitivity for SLE: 70%
- Test Specificity for SLE: 95%
- Sjogren's Syndrome (5%)
- Rheumatoid Arthritis (<5%)
- Chronic active hepatitis
- Biliary Cirrhosis
- Epstein Barr Virus
- Cytomegalovirus
