- IgA deficiency AND formed Antibody to IgA
IV. Mechanism
- Purified pooled plasma product, replacing deficient Alpha-1 Antitrypsin (Alpha-1 Proteinase Inhibitor)
V. Dosing
- Give 60 mg/kg IV weekly
VI. Adverse Effects
- Fever
- Pooled plasma product
- Risk of bood borne pathogens including Creutzfeld-Jakob Disease
- Complete Immunizations (including Hepatitis B Vaccine) before use

- Pregnancy Category C
