- Sadness
- Pessimism
- Past Failure
- Self-dislike
- Self-criticalness
- Suicidal thoughts or wishes
- Loss of interest
IV. Interpretation (based on sum of the 7 questions above, each with a score of 0-3; maximum 21)
- Score 0 to 3: Minimal depression symptoms
- Score 4 to 6: Mild depression symptoms
- Score 7 to 9: Moderate depression symptoms
- Score 10-21: Severe depression symptoms
