  1. Deep Bruise-like Heel Pain at mid-heel
  2. Worse with walking barefoot or on hard surfaces

VI. Signs

  1. Palpation of mid-heel reproduces symptoms

VII. Management

  1. Rest
  2. Ice
  3. NSAIDs
  4. Athletic taping
  5. Heel cup
  6. Footwear modification
