- Pubic Symphysis is at the center of the Pubic Joint with four interconnecting Muscle groups
- Pubic Joint Muscles
- Thigh flexors (inferior flexors)
- Abdominal flexors (superior flexors)
- Internal oblique Muscle and transversus abdominus Muscle
- Aponeuroses fuses medially at pubic tubercle insertion
- Combined fascia forms conjoint tendon which inserts at anterior Pubic Symphysis
- Rectus abdominis Muscle and external oblique Muscle
- Combine with conjoint tendon to form pubic aponeurosis complex
- Internal oblique Muscle and transversus abdominus Muscle
- Thigh adductors and pelvic stabilizers
- Rotators (internal and external)
