- Raltegravir tablets: 400 mg
- Raltegravir HD tablets: 600 mg (use 2 for 1200 mg daily dose)
- Raltegravir single use powder packets for suspension: 100 mg/5 ml (when reconstituted)
- Raltegravir chewable tablets (with Phenylalanine): 25 and 100 mg
V. Dosing: Adult (or child weight>=25 kg)
VI. Dosing: Child (weight <25 kg)
- FDA approved for newborns (including weight guidelines down to 2 kg)

- Rhabdomyolysis (or mopathy)

Rifampin
- increase dose to 800 mg orally twice daily
- Medications that interfere with absorption (take Dolutegravir 2 hours before or 6 hours after these agents)
- Medications contraindicated with Dolutegravir HD (daily dosing formulation)
