- 
                          HIV Infection (part of combination therapy)- High risk of induced HIV resistance
- Never use NNRTIs as monotherapy in HIV Infection

- Second generation NNRTI
IV. Dosing
- 
                          HIV Infection in Adult (or child weight >35 kg), in combination with other Antiretrovirals- Take 100 mg orally daily

- Avoid in Lactation
- Unknown safety in pregnancy (registry exists)
VII. Drug Interactions
- 
                          Rifabutin
                          - Increase Doravirine frequency to 100 mg orally twice daily
 
- 
                          CYP3A4 Inducers- Avoid strong CYP3A4 Inducers with 4 weeks of Doravirine
- Examples include Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital, Phenytoin, Rifampin
 
- 
                          NNRTIs- Do not coadminister with other NNRTIs including Efavirenz, Etravirine, Nevirapine
