- Chest Pain Evaluation
IV. Criteria (Assign one point for each of 5 criteria)
- Age and gender
- Men at least 55 years old or
- Women at least 65 years old
- Known vascular disease
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Cerebrovascular Disease
- Occlusive vascular disease (e.g. Peripheral Arterial Disease)
- Pain worse with Exercise
- Pain not elicited with palpation
- Patient assumes pain is of cardiac origin
