II. Indications
- Identify Pneumonia patients at risk for multi-drug resistance (esp. Healthcare Associated Pneumonia or HCAP)
III. Criteria
- Any Antibiotics in the last 90 days
- Hospitalization for >2 days in the last 90 days
- Poor functional status
- Significant debility
- Incontinence
- Inability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Immunosuppression
- Absolute Neutrophil Count <1000
- Asplenia
- Hematologic Malignancy
- Congenital Immunodeficiency
- HIV Infection
- Prednisone equivalent >10 mg/day for 14 days or more
- Other immunosuppressive Medication
IV. Interpretation
- Score 0-1: Low risk for multi-drug resistant lung infections
- Score >=2: High risk for multi-drug resistance lung infections
