IV. Technique

  1. Apply tape lightly over spasmed Muscles
  2. Apply tape with greater tension over weak Muscles for stability
  3. Change tape every 3-5 days (remove adhesive with baby oil)
  4. Remove tape if irritation occurs

V. Contraindications

  1. Do not apply to broken, damaged or infected skin

VI. Adverse Effects

  1. Contact Dermatitis
