- Refractory Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
- ANCA Vasculitis
III. Contraindications
- Do not use with live virus Vaccines
IV. Mechanism
- Monoclonal Antibody to the CD20 Antigen that depletes CD20 positive B Cells
V. Dosing

Rheumatoid Arthritis: 1 gram IV every 2 weeks for 2 doses
- Administered with Methylprednisolone 100 mg
- Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma or ANCA Vasculitis: 375 mg/m2 IV weekly for 4 doses
VI. Adverse Effects
- Severe infusion reactions (follows first infusion within 30-120 minutes)
- Tumor Lysis Syndrome
- Hepatitis B reactivation
- Renal Insufficiency
VII. Monitoring
- PPD before initiating therapy
- Complete Blood Count at initiation of therapy and then periodically after
