- Type II Salter Fracture of fifth proximal phalanx
- Displaced into abduction
III. Management
- Reduction
- Local Anesthesia
- Apply traction
- Small finger in slight flexion
- Pull in direction away from Scaphoid tubercle
- Adduct finger against physician's finger as fulcrum
- Immobilize
- Buddy Tape to ring finger
- Padded splint for 4 weeks
