II. Findings

  1. Fracture-Dislocation of the carpo-Metacarpal joint, involving the thumb or fifth finger
  2. Proximal dislocation of involved carpo-Metacarpal joint
    1. Distal fragment is dislocated radially and dorsally (pulled by the abductor pollicis longus Muscle)
  3. Single intraarticular Fracture of the proximal Metacarpal Bone
    1. Contrast with Rolando fracture, which is comminuted and more complex
