II. Findings
- Fracture-Dislocation of the carpo-Metacarpal joint, involving the thumb or fifth finger
- Proximal dislocation of involved carpo-Metacarpal joint
- Distal fragment is dislocated radially and dorsally (pulled by the abductor pollicis longus Muscle)
- Single intraarticular Fracture of the proximal Metacarpal Bone
- Contrast with Rolando fracture, which is comminuted and more complex

- Extraarticular Metacarpal Fracture
IV. Management
- Open Reduction and Internal Fixation (ORIF)
