- Finger and toe joints
- Needle: 25g to 27g (1 to 1.5 inch) for injection (22g for aspiration)
- Methylprednisolone: 4-10 mg (up to 20 mg)
- Lidocaine 1%: 0.5 - 1.0 ml
- Thumb Abductor tendon (De Quervain's Tenosynovitis)
- Flexor tendon sheath (Trigger Finger)
- Dupuytren's Disease (Dupuytren's Contracture)
- First Carpometacarpal Joint Osteoarthritis
III. Technique: Wrist Injection Sites

Wrist
- Needle: 25 to 27g (1 to 1.5 inch) for injection (22g for aspiration)
- Methylprednisolone: 10-40 mg
- Lidocaine 1%: 1-2 ml
- Injection (or aspiration site)
- Within the anatomic snuff box
- Distal to radial tubercle and between extensor pollicis longus and the common extensor tendons
- Carpal Tunnel
- Wrist Ganglion
- Intersection Syndrome (Tenosynovitis of the Radial Wrist Extensors)
- Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex Injury (TFCC Injury)
