    1. Patchy bronchopulmonary infiltrate

V. Management: Antibiotic

  1. Amoxicillin-clavulanate (Augmentin)
  2. Second Generation Cephalosporin (e.g. Cefuroxime)
  3. Third Generation Cephalosporin (e.g. Cefotaxime)
  4. Erythromycin
  5. Azithromycin (Zithromax)
  6. Clarithromycin (Biaxin)
  7. Trimethoprim Sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim or Septra)
  8. Doxycycline
