  4. Albumin
    1. Score 0: >35 g/L
    2. Score 1: 26 to 35 g/L
    3. Score 2: <=25 g/L
  5. Serum Creatinine
    1. Score 0: <1.3 mg/dl
    2. Score 1: 1.4 to 2.0 mg/dl
    3. Score 2: >2.1 mg/dl
