II. Epidemiology
- Uncommon cause of Chronic Pancreatitis
 - Average age: 63 years (More than 80% are over age 50 years)
 - Male gender predominance by 2 fold
 
III. Symptoms: Presentations
- Jaundice (>60%)
 - Abdominal Pain (>30%)

V. Diagnosis
- IgG4 titer
- Significantly increased in Autoimmune Pancreatitis
 
 - 
                          CT Abdomen
                          
- Diffuse pancreatitic involvement
 
 
VI. Management
- Prednisone 40 mg/day for 1 week and then taper dose down by 5 mg weekly
