- Tibia externally rotates with growth
IV. Signs
- Foot Progression Angle positive (externally rotated foot)
- Thigh foot angle >30 degrees
V. Management
- Surgery is typically avoided until after age 10 years old
- High complication rate with surgery

- Patellofemoral Syndrome
- Knee instability
