- Small, solitary lesion
- Uncommonly presents as large mass

- MRI Abdomen

- Peripheral Nodule enhancement on CT
- Angiography
V. Management
- No treatment needed in asymptomatic Liver Hemangiomas or those at low risk of rupture (<11 cm)
- Surgical resection for symptomatic tumors or those >11 cm
