II. Definitions
- Hypopyon- Layering out of White Blood Cells in anterior chamber
 
- Pseudohypopyon- Neoplastic cell accumulation in the anterior chamber
- May occur with Lymphoma, Leukemia or Retinoblastoma
- Evaluated with flow cytometry of the anterior chamber aspirate
 
III. Causes
- Endoophthalmitis
- Anterior Uveitis
- Corneal Ulcer
- 
                          Behcet's Disease
                          - Causes an Anterior Uveitis, of which 10-30% of patients develop a Hypopyon
