- Sycosis (entire Hair Follicle inflammed)
- Sycosis barbae (beard area involved)
- Scalp involvement
- Gram-negative Folliculitis
- Associated with longterm Antibiotic for Acne Vulgaris
- Usually involves face
- Caused by Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Proteus
- Consider treatment with Isotretoin (Accutane)

- Painful, swollen red mass
