II. Indications
- Asymptomatic patient
- Severe ischemia detected by EKG or nuclear testing
- Mild ischemia but high risk occupation
- Symptomatic patient
- Acute Myocardial Infarction (STEMI, NSTEMI)
- Unstable Angina
- Variant Angina (Prinzmetal's Angina)
- Inadequate response to medical management
- High risk determined by Exercise testing
- Contemplated High Risk Surgery
- Follow-up Cardiac Arrest
- Probable indications
- Age under 40 years
- Class III-IV Angina
- Progression of non-invasive tests
