- Athletes have milder course of Mononucleosis
- Requires 3-6 months to return to prior fitness level
- Avoid Contact Sports for at least 4 weeks
- Incidence Splenic Rupture (days 4-21): 0.1-0.2%

- Three weeks: Moderate training indications
