II. Technique: Wall-climbing
- Walk fingers up wall and overhead
 
III. Technique: Pendulum (Codman's Exercises)
- Bend slightly forward at waist (60 degrees), supporting self with uninjured arm
 - Swing unweighted arm in side to side or front to back pendulum motion
 - Swing unweighted arm in concentric circles
 - Avoid overuse (avoid movement beyond painful points)
 - May advance to use bucket or weights
 
IV. Technique: Rope and pulley from ceiling
- Hands see-saw back and forth
 - Rope handles moved up and down via pulley
 - Normal arm assists in elevation of stiff arm
 
V. Technique: Internal rotation
- Clasp hands behind back
 - Raise hands toward head
 
VI. Technique: External rotation
- Hands behind neck
 - Rotate elbows back and then forward
 - Repeat motion
