- Dyspnea (Not due to stuffy nose)
- 
                          Cyanosis with coughing spasms- Bacterial Tracheitis
- Acute Bronchiolitis
- Pertussis (is child immunized?)
 
- Apneic episodes
- Hemoptysis
- Suspected airway Foreign Body Aspiration
III. Indications: Acute clinical evaluation
IV. Indications: Additional for acute evaluation age >4 years
- Productive Cough of Yellow or Green mucus for >12 hours- Pneumonia
- Superinfected Bronchitis
 
- Chest Pain
- School absence >2 days
