  3. Valsalva Maneuver
  4. Shaving

V. Signs

  1. Electrophysiologic evaluation normal
  2. Carotid Sinus Massage results in one of three findings
    1. Three second sinus pause
      1. Sinus Bradycardia
      2. Atrioventricular Block
    2. Hypotension without Bradycardia
    3. Syncope with normal pulse and Blood Pressure
