Anesthetic
- Topical benzocaine 20% gel

Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) 25 mg tablet
- Patient can suck on tablet and allow it to dissolve in mouth (provides Local Anesthetic effect)
- Bupivicaine 0.25% with Epinephrine 1.7 ml glass cylindrical cartridges (disposable)
- Alternative: 10 cc syringe 27 gauge needle 2-3 cc Bupivacaine 0.25% with Epinephrine
- Anesthetic cartridge holder with needle (disposable)
- Control syringe plunger (do not throw out)
- Temporary filling
- Dental cements (choose at least one)
- Zinc Oxide Cement (e.g. Temrex) powder and liquid
- Calcium hydroxide base and catalyst
- Glass ionomer powder and liquid
- Dental spatula (Stainless steel)
- Polymer paper pad (to mix cement)
- Dental cements (choose at least one)
- Miscellaneous
- Dry Socket paste
- Dental roll gauze
