- One mile reached for each 2000 steps (100 calories)
IV. Activity Level
- Very low activity: less than 5000 steps/day
- Low activity: 5000 to 7500 steps/day
- Mild activity: 7500 to 10,000 Steps/day
- Moderate activity: 10,000 to 12,500 steps/day
- High activity: More than 12,500 steps/day
