III. Criteria: Symptoms (22 questions; score each as 0=none, 1-2=mild, 3-4=moderate, 5-6=severe)
- Headache
- Pressure in head
- Neck Pain
- Nausea or Vomiting
- Dizziness
- Blurred Vision
- Balance problems
- Light sensitivity
- Noise Sensitivity
- Feeling slowed down
- Feeling "in a fog"
- "Don't feel right"
- Difficulty concentrating
- Difficulty remembering
- Fatigue or low energy
- Confusion
- Drowsiness
- Trouble falling asleep
- More emotional
- Irritability
- Sadness
- Nervousness or anxiousness
IV. Interpretation
- SCAT2 uses total of negative answers (score of 0 or not present)
- Maximum total score: 22 (number of questions)
