III. Protocol
- Perform twice daily before meals for 4 to 6 months
- Use amber sniffing jars of Essential Oils
- Soaked in cotton or 50 ml liquid
- Follow technique for each scent
- Smell for 15 to 20 seconds, concentrating on what it smells like and what it reminds you of
- Rest for 10 seconds between smelling bottles
- Repeat for each of the remaining scents
- Start with 4 initial scents for first 1 to 3 months
- Rose
- Eucalyptus (eucalyptol)
- Lemon
- Clove
- Every 1 to 3 months, change or add new scents
