- Growth on surface of Conjunctiva starting at the inner canthus and enlarging laterally to ultimately cover a portion of the Cornea
- Pinguecula
- Involves only Conjunctiva
- Pterygium
- Involves Conjunctiva and Cornea
III. Pathophysiology
- Localized Conjunctival inflammation (e.g. Dry Eyes) with secondary, localized Conjunctival thickening
