- Stop training for Heart Rate 10 beats above baseline

VI. Prevention
- Increase training gradually
- Increase sleep
- Minimum: 7-8 hours per night
- Preferred: 8-10 hours per night
- High Carbohydrate diet
- Adequate fluid intake
- Cross training with complimentary activities
- Take at least on day off from training each week
- Reduce other stressors: "Don't sweat the small stuff"
- Do nothing to excess
- Consider mental health Counseling
