- Monosodium urate crystal deposits in soft tissue
- Occurs with >10 years of recurrent acute gout attacks
III. Symptoms
- Region- Ear helix
- Olecranon process
- Overlying Interphalangeal joints
- Overlying Osteoarthritis-related Nodules (Heberden's Nodes, Bouchard's Nodes)
 
IV. Differential Diagnosis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis related Subcutaneous Nodules

                          Nodule aspirate- Monosodium urate crystals identified
