II. General

  1. Exercise at least 3-5 days per week (7 days is ideal)
  2. Start with 10 minutes of progressive Exercise
  3. Advance as tolerated to 30 minutes of Exercise
  4. Specific Exercises
    1. Aerobic: Walking (preferred) and biking
    2. Resistance Training: Shoulders, inspiratory Muscles
