    2. Irregular pigmentation
    3. Irregular border
  2. Minor Features (score 1 point for each minor feature present)
    1. Inflammation
    2. Itch or altered Sensation
    3. Lesions >=7 mm diameter
    4. Oozing or crusting of lesion

III. Interpretation

  1. Score >=3 indicates biopsy or referral
