- Hematologic Cancers: 14 days

- Vinorelbine (Navelbine)
IV. Management
- Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF)
- Primary Antibiotic prophylaxis is high risk patients
- Includes patients with >=20% risk of Febrile Neutropenia
