- Cefoxitin OR Timentin OR Imipenem OR Unasyn AND
- Doxycycline
- Option 2
- Clindamycin AND
- Ceftriaxone OR Cefotaxime OR Gentamycin
- Option 1
- Outpatient (Indicated for late Postpartum Endometritis)
- Non-lactating mother
- Doxycycline 100 mg q12h IV or PO for 14 days
- Lactating mother
- Doxycycline
- Pump and dispose of milk
- Clindamycin may be effective
