- Cardiac findings (suggesting. Congenital Heart Disease)
- Heart Murmur
- Extremity edema
- Jugular Venous Distention
- Developmental Delay

- Failure to Thrive refractory to adequate caloric replacement
- Hepatomegaly or Splenomegaly
- Abnormal Lymphadenopathy
- Recurrent infections (e.g. recurrent respiratory infections, Recurrent UTI)
- Recurrent Vomiting or Diarrhea with Dehydration
IV. Interpretation
- Positive findings suggest organic cause of Failure to Thrive and warrant diagnostic evaluation
- Negative findings (no red flags) are reassuring for non-organic cause and empiric caloric management can be instituted
