- Cor Pulmonale
- Marked Exercise intolerance
- Frequent respiratory exacerbations
- Increasingly resistant Pseudomonas
- Young age
III. Contraindications to Transplantation
- Severe Scoliosis
- Renal Insufficiency
- Biliary Cirrhosis
- Poorly controlled Diabetes Mellitus
- History of noncompliance

- Survival with transplant
- One year survival: 65%
- Two year survival: 58%
- Survival without transplant (FEV1 < 30%)
- Two Year survival: 50%
