- Severe Familial Hypercholesterolemia (e.g. LDL Cholesterol >190 mg/dl)
- Persistent Hyperlipidemia above target range despite Statins and other management
III. Medications
- Lerodalcibep (Lerochol)
- Once monthly, 300 mg Subcutaneous Injection ($200/dose at time of release in 2026)
- May be stored for 90 days at room Temperature (contrast with 30 days for other PCSK9 Inhibitors)

- With release in 2026, outcome studies are not available (unlike PCSK9 Inhibitors, Alirocumab, Evolocumab)
