  2. Severe Familial Hypercholesterolemia (e.g. LDL Cholesterol >190 mg/dl)
  3. Persistent Hyperlipidemia above target range despite Statins and other management

III. Medications

  1. Lerodalcibep (Lerochol)
    1. Once monthly, 300 mg Subcutaneous Injection ($200/dose at time of release in 2026)
    2. May be stored for 90 days at room Temperature (contrast with 30 days for other PCSK9 Inhibitors)
